Piotr,

Sorry about the link. I was pointing to a zip file and WordPress seems to think this is a page. I ended up simply renaming the file with the extension 'zipfile' and it now works (rename it to .zip once you download). Unfortunately, I broke the formatting in the XML code by simply editing!! Oh well, so much for a buggy formatting plugin. I don't have time to mess with it now. Sorry I took so long to get back to you.

I agree with you Jim. If your employers consider that it is easy to replace your team via hiring a cheap team in India or China, let them learn a hard lesson and eventually come back to you and your team with much higher rate as consulting to save the project :) Our company try to get people from India to do the work. The funniest thing is that I am going to be the one who evaluates them. Two things I found out.

(1) They are not that cheap as before. Senior developer can cost up to few thousands US per month.
(2) It is as hard to find hardcore developer as it is in US.

It is cheap if you want to outsource tech support or even QA. But talking about domain knowledge and design, it is not so easy as said. Good luck for your patient strategy

I was wondering why you went for BlazeDS from GraniteDS, was there a particular reason for switching the DS, perhaps you found problems or lack of features in GraniteDS or something related to performance?
